These forty minute performances, sponsored by the Friends of the Missouri State Archives, with additional support from the A.P. Green Foundation and Target Stores, will take place at the Missouri State Archives in Jefferson City, just minutes from the Capitol. Performances and tours are free of charge.
African American History InitiativeThe initiative aims to create a broad public awareness of the rich contributions of African Americans to the state.
Lewis & Clark Bicentennial, 2003-2006The Lewis and Clark Bicentennial is being commemorated across the United States from 2003 through 2006. The Missouri State Archives is pleased to take part in the activities and foster a spirit of wonder and discovery, similar to that of the original Corps of Discovery, by offering several new resources to historians and others interested in Missouri’s role in that legendary transcontinental expedition.
