	General Notes	The bill of chancery lists the heirs and family relations of Thomas Madden Sr., including those who are deceased and/or not specifically requested as parties to the suit.
	Case Summary	Thomas Madden Jr. and James Madden wanted to combine the property of Thomas Madden Sr.'s heirs, settle the estate accounts, and equalize the distribution of estate property between the heirs. Both sides appealed the lower court's distribution decision. The high court found no error in charging the estate administrator interest or in preventing a supplemental bill to partition additional lands in Ralls County.
