The hours of the main office of the Notaries & Commissions Unit in Jefferson City (address above) and branch offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Springfield (addresses below) are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for all legal holidays. Notary applications are only processed in Jefferson City.
