Seal Manufacturers

 

Under Missouri law, a manufacturer of a notaries public seal shall:

1. Register with the Secretary of State
   

   To register, complete this form and submit via email, fax, or mail.

2. Communicate to the Secretary of State when the manufacturer has issued a seal to a person in this state
   

   To communicate the issuance of a seal, complete this form and submit via email, fax,or mail.

3. Maintain a copy of the notary's commission.

 

The Secretary of State’s Office will update the list of approved seal manufacturers as approvals are granted.  

 

The Secretary of State’s Office will update the list of approved software providers as approvals are granted.
